Listen to what just some of our satisfied customers have to say.

Sav-On Floors sold and installed porcelain tile for Master Bath. Installation included tiled shower surround, tiled shower floor, and tiled tub surround. The whole experience was GREAT!!! We stopped in their store one evening and were immediately greeted by Mansoor. He was very professional and showed an appreciation for our budget. It was refreshing to be showed tiles that were the best value for us with no high pressure. We also worked with Saeed who helped us finalize the quotation and schedule the start of our install. He was also very professional and eager to ensure he provided us the best service. We were excited when the tile and installer showed up with in a few days. They described their tile install guy as "an artist" and its so true. He made our previously plain master bathroom look awesome!

Also important was that they worked neatly. Tiling can make a mess with all of the mastic, tile cutting dust, and grout. When they were done at the end of each day, they left it so neat that you couldn't tell they were there. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience. From the minute I walked in their store I knew these were the people I wanted to work with. Shopped around at a few other places and genuinely only felt comfortable here. -- Susan T. Manassas VA

Sav-On Floors is one of the only flooring stores in the area that will sell remnants and bind the edges. They had ample samples in their warehouse and were also happy to show us samples that could be custom cut. The sales associates were friendly and accommodating and not pushy at all. They showed us samples that would fit any budget. -- Angelique C. Bristow VA

We had hardwood laminate put in one room which we use as an exercise room. We had new high-quality Mohawk carpet and 8# pound pad put in four bedrooms, living room, dining room, two stairwells, and basement recreation room. The entire process of re-flooring our home couldn't have gone any better. I'm extremely pleased with the carpet, laminate, pricing, installation, and customer service from Sav-On Floors in Manassas. I had used Sav-On ten years ago when putting vinyl flooring in my kitchen and was very pleased with their workmanship and pricing. So, I wanted to get an estimate from them for our new carpet and laminate. I priced carpet and installation from three businesses including one big box type of hardware store. After you include all costs, Sav-On's pricing was much lower considering the quality of the product.

The price that Sav-On quoted included everything. They did NOT charge extra for removing the old carpet, moving furniture, installing the pad, or installing the carpet on the stairs like one of the other businesses.

The customer service at Sav-On Floors couldn't have been better. I worked primarily with Saeed and had the best experience. He was both knowledgeable and professional. He asked what I was looking for in new carpeting and then directed me to the type of carpet that would meet my requirements. I selected Mohawk's Skillful Intent and have been thrilled with it since it was installed a month ago. We wanted carpeting that was durable, yet comfortable and this carpet is wonderful! It has the softest feel. I absolutely love it! When selecting the flooring for our exercise room I wasn't sure if I wanted hardwood, engineered hardwood, laminate, cork, or bamboo, but working with Saeed helped me make my decision. I chose a wide-plank laminate by Timberland that looks and feels great. We've had it installed for two months now and we are extremely pleased with it.

When it came to scheduling the installation, Saeed was very accommodating. With a lot of bookcases and hutches to empty for the installation, I thought it would be best to break up the installation into more than one day, though they were willing and able to do the entire house in one day if we had wanted. They worked with us to set up the laminate installation one day and then the carpet installation on two other days about a week apart. That was how I needed it scheduled and they had no problem with that. As for the installation, the workers were all on time and worked diligently while here. They were careful with the furniture moving. They installed the laminate and carpeting in a timely manner, took away the old carpet and pad, and cleaned up when finished. All the workmanship looks great. On a side note, I told them that I wanted to keep two 9x12 pieces of my old carpet, so they cut those pieces and brought them to my storage room, before they took the rest away. Also, the workmen screwed down the floorboards to eliminate squeaks before they installed the new carpet. Also, in our pool room, the carpet was forming a wrinkle and they pulled it tighter at no extra charge. (This was not carpet they had installed. It was in the house when we purchased it, but recently had begun to form the wrinkle.) After a month, all still looks great. If any issues arise, Sav-On has warrantied their installation work for two years and that gives me added peace of mind.

I highly recommend that if you're in the market for flooring that you visit Sav-On floors. -- Susan D.

Excellent, pleasure to work with. From start to finish, the owner was professional, knowledgeable and very kind. Workers came in about 8 am on 03/25--moved a few pieces of furniture from different rooms, removed old carpet and laid new carpet and padding in 5-6 hours. They removed an old carpet and padding and placed furniture back in rooms. The experience was such a pleasure, we referred this company to our son and daughter in law who used their services also. -- Renee B.

We had Sav-On Floors estimate, remove and lay kitchen floor tile and half bathroom tile floor. The sales associate really worked with us and found the tile perfect for our job. All we had to do was pick the color. We are flipping a townhouse and were not looking for travertine tile, but ceramic. The sales associate found a porcelain of higher quality and reserved the sal the tile was on for us. Their estimate was on par with other, but where they exceeded was quality of work and professionalism in the show room and at my house. I recommend this company to anyone who is flipping homes for profit like us or looking to upgrade your personal home. -- Greg F.

We received great service all around, will definitely go back. My wife and I shopped around a bit looking for flooring and even had a contract written up with Empire Today. We got cold feet when we found out that they would not be delivering the flooring prior to installation (required by the manufacturer to uphold the warranty) so we cancelled. We found Sav-On via Angie's List and since they were a local small business with a good track record, we gave them a shot. Syed and another man came to our house in the evening with a number of flooring samples to match some existing flooring in the house. They spend roughly 90 minutes with us, taking extensive measurements and answering all of our questions. We decided to sleep on it and called back a few days later to put in the order. Syed had no problem adjusting our quote due to some small changes we had made.

They were also very flexible on the installation date. The installers came out on three separate occasions due to the amount of flooring we were having installed (7 rooms and the hallway and stairs) each time they were prompt, hardworking, fast, and courteous. They cleaned up well after themselves and did an excellent job on the install. Syed even came by each time to check on the progress of the installation. Almost a month later and we still love our new floors. We plan on having Sav-On back out to do the tile in our kitchen once our little one can walk a little bit better.

I would definitely recommend Sav-On over Empire Today or Lumber Liquidators. Their prices are competitive and the service is exquisite. -- Adam S.
